Confirmation of Wild Rainbow Trout Spawning Redds in Heron Creek

“There are indeed a couple of redds there in the area where the club added gravel.  As a matter of fact Jeff Dillon just told me that while he was working down at HQ the week before last he took a stroll and noticed a couple of large rainbows in the channel as well over one of the redds.  Pretty cool to see some fish use that area….didn’t really see anything notable during brown trout spawn last year but clearly a few rainbows are using the area.”
